When you arrive
Please arrive on time. If you're running late, your treatment will still end as scheduled, so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
Voices soft, phones off. That's all we ask.
What to wear. Whatever you like. Most of our guests slip under the warm sheets and blankets in their underwear.
We suggest leaving most of your jewelry at home. It takes time to remove, and it can get in the way of massage and lymphatic drainage.
After your visit
Many of our guests make it a monthly date, and select facials have monthly pricing. Just ask when you're here.

If your plans change
Someone else is often hoping for your time, so we ask for notice:
- 24 hours for a single service
- 48 hours for packages and weekend visits
- 72 hours around holidays
Changes after that are charged at 50% of the appointment, and changes within 12 hours (24 around holidays), or a missed appointment, at the full amount. Emergencies, illness and bad weather are looked at case by case.
